Hey guys,

I wanted to wait to update you until I'd had my appt. with my cardiologist, which I had yesterday. We still don't know too much. They did an EKG which was normal but he did hear an extra heartbeat during the exam. Unfortunately he couldn't tell us much more except that he wants to do more tests. I will have an echocardiogram, a thyroid test and wear a heart monitor for 24-hours next week. In April I will have a treadmill test. (I swear it sounds like I'm 70 years old!!) He did say that he is not alarmed, which is always nice to hear from a doctor!

We would deeply appreciate it if you would pray that all of the tests would come back normal. Dr. Sprinkle said there was a chance that the heart scan that caused all of this concern could be inaccurate. (Just to clarify... the heart scan, ("muga scan"), I'd been having every 3 months since Sept. shows how well the heart is functioning and pumping the blood through the body. It has a normal range of 50-75%. My first test was 75 my second was 79 and this last one was 47... thus the concern.) Please pray that everything is miraculously normal, that my heart has recovered itself and we can move on to whatever God has for us.
